Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Director of Global Procurement, based in Taguig. The Director will oversee procurement operations, implement strategic sourcing initiatives, and optimize the global supply chain. Primary responsibilities include developing and managing supplier relationships, executing category management strategies, leading contract negotiations, and driving cost efficiencies while ensuring quality and compliance. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Category Management and Procurement strategies to drive cost efficiency and achieve business objectives
  • Proficiency in Supplier Management, including relationship building and performance evaluation
  • Strong Contract Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management practices and principles
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage global procurement operations efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are an advantage
  • Experience in the HR industry or similar sectors is a plus
