Your Role:


The Director of Growth & Account Development is responsible for the conception and implementation of the comprehensive, enterprise-wide organic growth strategy. This executive position is critical to the achievement of growth objectives across all operational sites. Key responsibilities encompass the management of Account Development Managers (ADMs) and serving as the executive sponsor for significant expansion agreements. Overseeing all ADMs within the delivery centers, the Director of Growth & Account Development mandate is to cultivate and expand a portfolio of foundational, u0027anchoru0027 clients, primarily through driving u0027whitespaceu0027 expansions (identifying and capturing new areas of opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Define the enterprise-wide organic growth roadmap. You will lead, mentor, and scale a team of Account Development Managers (ADMs) across all Philippine delivery centers.
  • The Whitespace Architect: Lead the identification of untapped opportunities within existing client business units, moving beyond replacement hiring to strategic expansion.
  • Executive Sponsorship: Act as the lead negotiator and executive sponsor for high-stakes, multi-million-dollar expansion deals.
  • Commercial Innovation: Standardize the way we sell internally-developing winning commercial proposals, sophisticated pricing models, and contract templates that protect margins while delivering value.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Cluster Leaders and Site Directors to ensure that every expansion deal is operationally viable and set up for long-term success.
  • Governance & Attribution: Implement rigorous tracking to ensure clear visibility on AD-sourced growth vs. organic client fluctuations.
Who You Are:
  • Bacheloru0027s degree required MBA or equivalent graduate studies is a significant advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years in BPO/Professional Services, with at least 5 years in a dedicated Sales, Account Management, or Commercial leadership role.
  • You have a documented history of personally closing multi-million dollar expansion deals in the BPO/IT-BPM space.
  • You donu0027t just read P&Ls you understand the levers of BPO profitability and how to structure deals that improve the bottom line.
  • You can navigate complex global client organizations and build C-suite relationships.
