Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational excellence across the finance, HR, administrative, and compliance functions at CEM.
Analyze internal and external trends in administration, finance, and HR to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term objectives, establish clear performance metrics, and measure the success of operational initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading change initiatives that align administrative functions with CEM's overall mission and goals.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance, HR, administrative services, and compliance functions, ensuring they are aligned with CEM's strategic objectives.
Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes in budgeting, employee management, asset acquisition, facilities, and compliance to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop and implement best practices and performance metrics for financial reporting, HR processes, asset management, and compliance management.
Ensure the seamless integration of financial management, HR services, administrative operations, and compliance to drive high standards and operational efficiency.
Provide strong leadership to a diverse team across finance, HR, and administrative services, creating a collaborative environment focused on accountability and excellence.
Empower team members through coaching, professional development, and training, ensuring they are equipped to meet the challenges of their roles.
Foster a high-performance culture by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent across functional areas of the Central Administration Services team.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning, encouraging the team to adapt to evolving operational needs and enhance overall performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and other teams across CEM, ensuring alignment on organizational goals and objectives.
Act as a key point of contact for external partners, vendors, regulatory agencies, and clients to ensure that services related to finance, HR, and administrative operations are delivered effectively.
Represent CEM at industry conferences, compliance forums, and external meetings, reinforcing the company's commitment to best practices in finance, HR, and administration.
Lead the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources across the finance, HR, and administrative functions.
Oversee financial reporting and performance analysis, ensuring that any variances are addressed and financial targets are met or exceeded
Drive revenue generation, profitability, and cash flow optimization through effective management of fee-based assessments, training services, and cost control initiatives.
Collaborate with other senior leaders to align financial planning with CEM's broader organizational goals, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
Ensure all financial, HR, and administrative services comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Lead the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and procedures across all functional areas, minimizing organizational risk.
Monitor and assess risks, taking proactive measures to address potential issues before they affect the organization's operations.
Ensure that CEM's facilities, assets, and general services are managed in accordance with regulatory standards, enhancing operational safety and compliance.

Experience Needed:
oIndustry Experience:Extensive experience in finance, human resources, and administrative services within an educational or corporate setting.
o Years of Experience: At least 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in a senior management position leading cross-functional teams in finance, HR, administration, and compliance.
