Help Shape the Commercial Future of DSV's Fastest Growing Region

To support our continued ambitions in Asia Pacific, we are looking for a Director, Commercial Excellence to lead the regional commercial excellence agenda and accelerate profitable growth across APAC.

Reporting to the CCO, APAC Air & Sea, you will lead three pillars:

• Drive Commercial Performance
• Own the Sales Operating Model
• Deliver Strategic Initiatives
• Lead the regional and country CommEx teams
  
  

This Is Not a Reporting Role. It Is a Business Performance Role.

This role is about turning data into action, influencing commercial decisions, and driving measurable business results.

You will work closely with sales leadership teams to improve sales effectiveness, strengthen commercial execution, enhance customer experience, and deliver strategic initiatives that support DSV's growth ambitions.

Drive Commercial Performance

• Commercial Performance Report (CPR)
• Pipeline Operating Model (POM)

Sales Operating Model

• Improve commercial discipline & CRM adoption
• Pipeline quality
• Convert data into actionable commercial insights
  
  

Deliver Strategic Initiatives

• Establish performance tracking for strategic initiatives
• Cloud Campaign
• Asian MNC development
• Next Gen Sales
  
  

Lead and Develop the Team

• Build a high-performing Commercial Excellence organisation
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Influence senior stakeholders through insight, data, and commercial acumen
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in Commercial Excellence and Sales Operations
• Strong understanding of air and sea freight forwarding and logistics
• Demonstrated success leading regional, cross-functional initiatives
• Advanced CRM, Power BI, analytics, and data visualisation capabilities
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of GP drivers
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams across APAC
