Job Description
Oversee the company's overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and control costs.
Manage transportation, warehousing, inventory, freight forwarding and distribution activities.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, shipping agents and third-party logistics providers.
Monitor delivery schedules, logistics costs and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with customs, shipping and relevant regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage the logistics team and improve operational processes.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve delivery times and enhance service quality.
