Your Role:
- Convert AI capabilities into scalable, reusable solutions and define MVP scopes to improve delivery margins.
- Design AI-powered solutions to solve top-tier client business challenges in partnership with senior leadership.
- Lead technical pre-sales activities, develop demo assets, and drive rapid POCs to close sales opportunities.
- Align AI solutions with enterprise standards by acting as a liaison between engineering and business units.
- Manage cross-functional engineering squads using a pod-based model to ensure high-velocity delivery.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Minimum 15 years in software engineering with 8 years scaling enterprise-grade AI or software solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional engineering, data, or solution architecture teams.
- Deep knowledge of applied AI, including LLMs, GenAI, system orchestration, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven success in technical pre-sales and translating complex technology into business-friendly language.
- Ability to transform technical prototypes into repeatable solution kits and standardized deployment models.
Preferred Skills/ Expertise
- Experience delivering AI solutions within insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated sectors.
- Professional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with distributed teams across multiple global time zones.
- Solid understanding of delivery models, pricing structures, and commercialization for AI products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science; advanced technical certifications are a plus.
