Position Title: Direct Sales Officer
Location: Bacolod, Negros Island Region
About The Role
The
Direct Sales Officer role will execute on-ground sales through booth activations nationwide, promoting UnionBank's products while delivering strong customer experience and achieving targets.
What You'll Do
- Manage UnionBank booth activations across assigned locations (e.g., malls, events, corporate partners, and affiliates) to support sales initiatives
- Actively promote and sell the Bank's products and services to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the field
- Ensure completion of all mandatory trainings and continuously update product and sales knowledge
- Strictly adhere to established bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in all activities
- Represent the Bank professionally by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive brand image
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field
- Prior sales experience in financial services (banking, telecommunications, insurance, or real estate) is an advantage
- Highly driven, confident, and target-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering results
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently, while being an effective team player
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong numerical ability to understand and present financial information
