Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Media Buyer with a strong performance marketing background and the ability to run high-volume, conversion-driven campaigns. You'll manage direct media buying channels, drive high-intent traffic to our brands, test creatives, and optimize funnels based on data.
This is a hands-on, analytical, fast-moving role for someone who loves launching campaigns, testing at speed, and scaling what works.
Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and scale direct media buying campaigns across display, native and other traffic sources.
- Manage campaigns across networks such as Google, Meta,TrafficJunkie, ExoClick, PropellerAds, Taboola/Outbrain, DSPs, etc.
- Research and onboard new traffic sources to diversify acquisition.
- Run A/B tests for creatives, pre-landers, landers, and funnels.
- Analyze campaign performance daily and adjust based on KPIs.
- Help produce high-converting ads.
- Monitor performance using Voluum/Binom or similar trackers.
- Negotiate rates and deals with traffic networks and partners.
- Propose funnel improvements to increase conversion rates and ROIs.
Requirements- 3+ years of media buying experience with strong, provable ROI.
- Experience in direct response marketing (dating/adult, gaming vertical is a major plus).
- Stong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
- Proficiency with tracking tools and attribution platforms.
- Experience managing five-figure monthly budgets and desire to scale to six figures.
- Fast, autonomous decision-maker with an ROI-focused approach.
- Familiarity with compliance and creative limitations in the dating/adult niche.
Nice to Have- Experience using Tableau (or similar BI tools) for data analysis.
- Basic ad copywriting or creative editing skills.
- Programmatic buying experience.
- Understanding of user psychology and buyer intent in dating funnels.
- Experience managing traffic in Tier-1 GEOs.
