Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Dining Supervisor role, located in Makati. The Dining Supervisor will oversee daily dining operations, ensuring high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing restaurant staff, coordinating shifts, maintaining cleanliness and compliance standards, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth service during operating hours. The role also involves collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in customer service, complaint resolution, and guest relationship management
• Proficiency in team leadership, staff scheduling, and delegation of tasks
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and service standards
• Excellent verbal communication abilities and a professional demeanor
• Experience in dining establishments, particularly in supervisory roles, is highly preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred
