Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Newport Mall, Pasay City. The Dining Manager will lead front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a premium dining experience. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and guest service, ensuring compliance with established operating procedures, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience as a Dining Manager, Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong background in front-of-house operations, guest relations, service excellence, and restaurant operations.
  • Experience managing casual dining, premium dining, hotel restaurants, or high-volume restaurant concepts is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams while consistently achieving operational and service excellence.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, inventory management, labor management, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Guest-centric, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Amenable to start immediately.
