Job Description

Position: TikTok Sales Operations Lead

Employment type: Full time and Onsite

Mission of the Role

The TikTok Sales Operations Lead is responsible for building and operating SH Group's TikTok sales and platform operations by managing TikTok Shop activities, live selling operations, affiliate coordination, campaign execution, and sales performance optimization.

This role is expected to help transform TikTok into a sustainable customer acquisition and revenue-generating channel through strong operational execution, team coordination, and platform growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Platform Operations

  • Manage daily TikTok Shop and platform operations
  • Oversee TikTok Live schedules, campaigns, and sales activities
  • Coordinate with operations, fulfillment, and marketing teams

Sales and Growth

  • Help drive sales and customer acquisition through TikTok
  • Monitor sales performance and improve conversion
  • Identify products with strong selling potential

Team Management

  • Handle and guide TikTok hosts, affiliates, and operations staff
  • Monitor team performance and accountability
  • Support onboarding and training of team members

Process Improvement

  • Improve workflows and operational processes
  • Stay updated with TikTok trends and platform updates
  • Recommend improvements to support department growth
  • Can generate report based on performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Entrepreneurship, or any related field is an advantage
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in TikTok Shop Operations, TikTok Platform Management, eCommerce Operations, or related roles
  • Experience handling or managing a TikTok sales, affiliate, or operations team is required
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, affiliate systems, and platform operations
  • Knowledgeable in TikTok campaigns, promotions, and operational tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and capable of handling fast-paced operational execution

  • Has leadership potential and can help build the future TikTok Operations team
