Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven
Digital Sales Manager to lead our Digital Sales and Marketing Retention teams and drive sustainable online revenue growth.

What Success Looks Like in This Role (Performance Objectives)
Within the first
69 months, the Digital Sales Manager is expected to:
- Deliver Digital Revenue Growth
- Execute a digital sales strategy that consistently meets or exceeds online revenue targets
- Improve lead-to-sale conversion rates across social media, website, and partner platforms
- Standardize digital sales scripts, follow-ups, and response workflows aligned with brand and service standards
- Optimize Lead Conversion & CRM Discipline
- Ensure 100% of online inquiries are handled within agreed response time SLAs
- Improve lead tracking accuracy, pipeline visibility, and follow-through through CRM discipline
- Reduce lead aging and leakage across digital channels
- Strengthen Customer Retention & Renewals
- Increase customer renewal and repeat business rates through proactive digital engagement
- Reduce churn by identifying renewal risks and addressing client concerns early
- Use customer feedback and data insights to continuously refine retention campaigns
- Build and Lead High-Performing Teams
- Lead, coach, and develop the Digital Sales and Marketing Retention teams
- Set clear performance metrics (sales targets, renewal rates, conversion ratios, response times)
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and recognition initiatives
- Ensure Strong Reporting & Administrative Discipline
- Deliver accurate, timely reports on digital sales performance, leads, and renewals
- Maintain complete and audit-ready CRM records and documentation
- Draft and issue clear, professional administrative memos related to performance, compliance, and process improvements
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with sales and retention goals
- Coordinate with IT on CRM, website, and lead-tracking enhancements
- Collaborate with Finance and Customer Service on billing, renewals, and account resolution
- Provide data-driven insights during management and planning discussions

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 35 years of experience in digital sales, online marketing, or customer retention
- Proven leadership experience managing digital or inside sales teams
- Background in fintech, BPO, e-commerce, or digital marketing is an advantage
- Certification or training in Digital Marketing, Sales Management, or E-Commerce is a plus
