Job Summary

The Digital Sales Consultant (Real Estate) plays a key role in driving property sales through SMDC's innovative digital sales platform. This position is responsible for engaging prospective clients online, conducting seamless virtual consultations, and guiding buyers through the end-to-end digital purchasing journey. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and results-driven, with a strong passion for real estate and digital engagement. As a frontline ambassador of SMDC's digital initiatives, the Digital Sales Associate ensures a high-quality and efficient customer experience throughout the sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage initial customer touchpoints via chat, email, and phone, while nurturing assigned leads
  • Generate sales through both inbound inquiries and outbound selling activities
  • Handle assigned transactions within established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain and regularly update lead data and sales progress in the CRM system
  • Accurately record and document all transactions in designated platforms
  • Serve as the frontline representative for all digital sales transactions
  • Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of SMDC projects and offerings
  • Respond to customer inquiries clearly, accurately, and professionally

Qualifications

  • Completed a 4-year college program (College Graduate), preferably in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications but not required
  • Preferably a Real Estate Accredited Salesperson or Licensed Broker but not required
  • With at least 1 year of experience in a BPO omni-channel sales account and/or real estate sales is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
