Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Execution

  • Handle initial touchpoint thru chat, email, or call and nurture assigned leads.
  • Generate sales thru inbound leads (and outbound leads, as needed).

Order Management

  • Handle assigned transactions within agreed SLA.
  • Ensure timely booking of converted accounts.

CRM and Data Handling

  • Maintain and update data and progress on assigned leads.
  • Ensure that all transactions are logged in designated systems.

Customer Engagement

  • Act as the frontliner for digital sales transactions.
  • Ensure a delightful customer experience for every interaction.

Project Knowledge

  • Know the key details about SMDC projects.
  • Be able to respond to customer inquiries accurately and concisely.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a 4-year course preferably in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Communication, or related field;
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of BPO experience in an omni channel sales account, or real estate account;
  • Strong (oral and written) communication skills.
