JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in driving property sales through SMDC's innovative digital sales platform. This position is responsible for engaging prospective buyers online, providing seamless virtual consultations, and guiding clients through the end-to-end digital purchasing journey. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and results-driven, with a passion for real estate and digital engagement. They will serve as the frontline ambassador of SMDC's digital transformation, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients transacting through the platform.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage initial customer touchpoints via chat, email, and calls while nurturing assigned leads
  • Generate sales through inbound leads and outbound activities as needed
  • Handle assigned transactions within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure timely booking and processing of converted accounts
  • Maintain and update lead data and progress in the CRM system
  • Accurately log all transactions in designated platforms
  • Serve as the frontline representative for digital sales transactions
  • Deliver a consistently positive and delightful customer experience
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of SMDC projects
  • Respond to customer inquiries accurately, clearly, and concisely

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years on college in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Communication of related field;
  • First contract - 1 year;
  • Preferably a Real Estate Accredited Salesperson or Licensed Broker;
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of BPO experience in an omni channel sales account, real estate experience;
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
