Digital Project Officer

Role Description

The IT Project Manager (Digital) will lead and manage digital transformation and IT projects across the companies, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business objectives.

This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee digital and IT projects from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business users
• Monitor project progress, risks, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices
• Facilitate communication between global teams and management
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
• Support implementation of digital platforms and systems (ERP, CRM, cloud, automation tools)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience (Atleast 3 years) as an IT Project Manager or Digital Project Lead

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Experience handling digital transformation, system implementation, or automation projects

Preferably with knowledge or experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service

Accustomed to using MS Project for project planning, scheduling, and tracking

Proficiency in other project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) is an advantage

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Experience working with international or remote teams is an advantage

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus

Willing to report daily to Alabang or Davao Office (whichever is nearer to your location)
