Digital Products Manager

About the job

As a Digital Product Manager, you will help drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.

How you'll contribute

• Analyze customer needs, current market trends and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs buy perspective
• Responsible for user acceptance testing, developing product manuals and providing training to stakeholders on new processes and systems
• Build and support customer centric approach for product portfolio and make strategic decisions with the customer needs in mind
• Works closely with multiple departments throughout the bank including business, marketing and IT

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-10 Years related experience in product and project management and development
• Able to drive go-to market plans, develop action plans and implement client engagement strategies
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Able to conduct financial analysis and build business cases
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality, work and projecting a positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
