Digital Product Manager

Your Role

The Digital Product Manager is responsible to help manage and develop our virtual banking products, ensuring they remain relevant, competitive, profitable, secure, and customer-focused. You will collaborate with technology teams, business units, external partners, and other stakeholders to bring meaningful digital banking solutions to life.

Your Impact

• Manage the lifecycle, performance, and continuous enhancement of digital products
• Develop product strategies, roadmaps, campaigns, and partnerships that drive adoption and business growth
• Lead product and process development by working with IT and project teams on business requirements, testing, and implementation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, risk standards, and audit recommendations
• Manage relationships with customers, stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure effective service delivery

Your Profile

• Graduate of a business-related course
• At least five years of banking experience, preferably in digital banking or product management
• Knowledge of business planning, financial analysis, process management, risk analysis, and business analytics
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in digital project management, programming, or people management is an advantage
