Job Summary:
The bCom Analyst allows businesses to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them. The primary services provided are: Accounts creation, modification and closure for the bCom site. This position requires a high level of customer service, prioritization and teamwork skills.
Specifically, the position will be responsible for the task completion pertaining to 3M's bCom customer management systems and website development platforms in Asia, while aligning with local, regional & global practices.
1. Customer account maintenance in VSRM/bCom and Salesforce:
A. Creating new accounts
B. Updating existing accounts
C. Deactivations and reactivations
D. Granting user access
2. Processing changes to business objects, like accounts, contacts, within VSRM application.
3. Assignment to tasks connected with bCom UAT Monthly Testing, and Release Testing.
4. Ensures adherence to 3M policies, guidelines, and procedures as required for the effectiveness and quality of the services provided.
5. Continuous improvement of processes and Lean Six Sigma project coordination.
6. Positively contributes to and supports team efforts and objectives.
7. Other tasks assigned by Team Leader
. Candidate must be a graduate of 4-year course.
. Minimum 1-2 years of customer service, finance or supply chain experience
. Proficient in Microsoft Office software or Google Suite
. Minimum 1 year experience using Salesforce CRM tool
. Previous experience in B2B sales is an advantage
. Excellent English communication skills (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking skills) are necessary for this role
. Must be a self-starter with the ability to function with minimal day to day direction
. Analytical and meticulous approach to the tasks entrusted.
. Ability to solve problems and communicate properly
. Detail oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
. Uses a collaborative and teamwork-based approach to tasks
. Stable home internet connection required
