Responsibilities

• Assist customers with digital media account and subscription concerns
• Handle inquiries about digital services, plans, and features
• Provide support for basic platform and account issues
• Assist with login, access, billing, and subscription concerns
• Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps
• Provide accurate information about digital products and services
• Document customer interactions and account updates
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team

Qualifications

• No experience required
• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College graduates and fresh graduates are welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Comfortable using digital platforms and applications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and willing to learn
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
• Amenable to shifting schedules
