JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or any related course.
Fresh graduates and applicants with less than one year of experience in multimedia, graphic design, or digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
Creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in visual content development and storytelling.
Basic understanding of graphic design, video editing, photography, and social media content creation.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Filmora, Figma, or CapCut is an advantage, and must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design visually appealing graphics, promotional materials, and marketing collaterals for branding and recruitment campaigns.
Create and edit short videos, promotional content, and other multimedia materials for social media and digital platforms.
Assist in developing creative content plans to improve brand recognition, audience interaction, and online presence.
Provide support in implementing and tracking digital marketing and advertising campaigns across various social media channels.
Work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to produce creative materials for job postings, company events, and promotional activities, while ensuring consistency with the company's branding and visual guidelines.
