Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and execute the company's digital marketing strategy.
  • Manage and optimize all digital channels (website, eShop, social, search, paid media).
  • Drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and business results.
  • Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid and organic).
  • Oversee media buying across platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, etc.).
  • Develop and implement lead generation initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and drive continuous optimization.
  • Manage website/eShop performance, UX, and content.
  • Implement SEO strategies with agency support.
  • Analyze traffic, behavior, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with IT, agencies, and internal teams for execution.
  • Align social media strategy and content with brand direction.
  • Monitor engagement and manage online communities.
  • Report performance, build dashboards, and generate insights.
  • Define KPIs and measure digital effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree; postgraduate studies preferred.
  • Relevant professional experience and certifications (Digital Marketing, Google, SEO, etc.) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in digital, media, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel campaigns and media management.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and growth.
  • Experience delivering measurable business outcomes through digital strategy.
