Digital Media Associate - Video Editor

LoveYourself, Inc. is looking for a Digital Media Associate - Video Editor. The Video Editor supports LoveYourself's digital campaigns by editing videos for social media and online platforms. The role focuses on execution, following approved content plans and creative direction.

A. Full List of Job Description

• Edit short and long-form videos for social media and digital campaigns
• Assist in basic video shoots, file organization, and footage management
• Add captions, basic motion graphics, video composition, and platform-specific formatting
• Use graphics or video editor for video layouts, thumbnails, and adaptations
• Revise outputs based on feedback from the Digital Media Lead, Head of Communications & Creative Director, or a senior organization official as the need arises.
• Follow brand guidelines and approved messaging
• Support content archiving and campaign rollouts
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Program Manager, Director of Operations, Executive Director, or a senior organization official as the need arises.

B. Competencies & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently completing a degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related fields; recent graduates are welcome
• Demo reels or sample works are an advantage
• Preferably living near Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City
• With at least one year experience
• Experience from internships, student orgs, advocacy work, or personal pages is acceptable
• Video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro and/or CapCut After Effects)
