Job Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in online digital marketing and handling social media sites and apps i.e. Facebook, Tiktok, Linkedin as well as internal marketing
- Expert in using video and photo editing tools (Adobe applications, Canva, Filmora, etc.)
- Knowledgeable of market trends related to the BPO industry
- Creating and managing marketing collaterals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in photography and videography is a plus
- Knowledge in HR Sourcing/Recruitment is a plus but not required
- Must be willing to work in Eastwood City - Libis, Quezon City.
Job Description:
- Digital Media and Content Creator will be the main POC for all marketing programs of Talent Acquisition team that covers the following but not limited to:
* Monthly/Annual online calendar creation
* Writing, editing, and content creation
* Graphics design and video editing
- Keep a depository of marketing templates and materials
- Managing stakeholders request for various marketing activities for all WNS sites
- Provide expert advice on marketing strategies to help build talent pool and pipeline
- Develop and improve WNS Branding
