Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM and content marketing
Analyze digital marketing dashboards and campaign metrics to evaluate performance and suggest optimizations
Collaborate with third-party marketing agencies, ensuring timely executions of tasks and alignment with LBC's marketing objectives
Manage digital assets, ensuring all marketing content is current, organized and consistent with brand standards
Conduct market research and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Prepare reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong analytical skills and experience in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager and CRM systems
Excellent organizational and communications skills
Digital-first mindset with hands-on experience on social media, SEO and content marketing
Ability to work independently and as part of the team in a fast-paced environment
