Digital Marketing VA (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage workflows and automations in GoHighLevel
• Create and update landing pages within GoHighLevel
• Maintain CRM records, including data entry, notes, statuses, and contact information
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and content distribution
• Build and update websites using WordPress and Elementor
• Customize existing website templates and frameworks based on provided layouts and guidelines
• Upload, format, and organize website content, images, and copy
• Create and update pages such as About, Team, Services, and other business pages
• Make minor website edits, layout adjustments, and design refinements
• Use AI-generated website frameworks from tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to develop functional website pages
• Create website graphics and visual elements using Canva when needed
• Support content publishing across blogs, videos, podcasts, social media, and other digital channels
• Assist with SEO/SEM, email marketing, database marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Assist with Facebook and Google Ads
• Maintain and schedule social media content

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Proven digital marketing experience
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and AI tools
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor
• Experience creating and updating websites from templates or established frameworks
• Strong attention to detail and visual presentation skills
• Experience working with businesses in wealth management or financial services, blue-collar contracting, or wellness clinics is a plus
