Job Description
Conduct behavior analysis to define and optimize campaigns with proficiency at end-to-end channel management
Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Define data requirements, and use the relevant insights for campaign and strategy optimization
Perform multivariant experiments and A/B testing with clear rationale and defined outcomes for each experiment
Understand and analyze customer behavior to better plan and optimize campaigns so as to define requirements and plans across marketing channels, messaging
Ongoing optimization and agile approach to campaigns from the perspective of modifying budget, channel mix, creative requirements etc.
Drive the engagement with minimal supervisor involvement and should be able to work independently from onshore/offshore
Establish and build on working relationships effectively
Calculate and simulate impact of leads generated through digital channel and quantify channel ROI
Collaborate with Tele sales and Feet on Street teams to understand campaign leads performance and make in-flight adjustments based on feedbacks
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
5+ Experience in designing / managing marketing campaigns particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom etc.). Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience of working in South East Asia / with South East Asian clients
Managing full spectrum of Marketing program execution from strategy definition to technical delivery
Designing interventions to drive customer acquisition / customer engagement
Monitoring trends, analyzing data, to optimize marketing campaigns
Exposure to analytical and data visualization tools
Identifying marketing process improvement opportunities
Developing business case for campaign strategies, technology solutions
Developing / supporting development of Martech platform technology
Ability to quickly connect business requirements to the functional capabilities of an application and assess the applicability of different product technologies to business problems
Desire to be hands-on and in the field, guiding implementations and teams in creating the best solution and ensuring the success of that solution
Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
