Job Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will handle the companys online presence and sales performance across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our online store. The role includes managing ads, improving content, analyzing data, and optimizing campaign performance to drive online visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize ads across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and Instagram
- Plan and execute online promotions aligned with marketing campaigns
- Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budget
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Review and update product listings, creatives, and content across e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Production, Warehouse) for campaign execution
- Ensure compliance with marketplace standards (Shopee Mall, LazMall, TikTok Shop)
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
- At least 6 months experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Knowledgeable in marketplace platforms and digital ads
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools
- Creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented
