About the Role:
We are currently pooling candidates for Digital Marketing Specialist roles to support a potential client, an AI video SaaS company that helps enterprise teams create on-brand videos for repurposing content. The platform is similar to Synthesia, Canva, and PlayPlay.
The primary objective of this role is to support inbound demand generation and strengthen the company's positioning within the enterprise B2B market, particularly for marketing teams.
This is a short-term project-based engagement (23 months) starting in April, requiring approximately 1020 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and implement a 30-60-90 day demand generation plan
- Publish, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and YouTube
- Support B2B inbound marketing efforts targeting enterprise marketing teams
- Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and reports
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, and lead generation metrics
- Optimize posts, messaging, and distribution strategies to improve campaign results
- Work closely with the client, who will handle creative strategy and content production
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SaaS digital marketing
- Experience working with B2B enterprise audiences
- Strong understanding of demand generation and inbound marketing
- Experience managing LinkedIn and YouTube marketing campaigns
- Ability to monitor analytics, optimize campaigns, and create performance reports
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting content-led growth strategies is a plus
- Amenable to working on a night shift schedule if required
