Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our offshore agency team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the execution of digital growth initiatives across our portfolio of premium automotive aftermarket brands. Working closely with the Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager, you will focus heavily on managing and optimising our Shopify ecosystems, driving SEO-led content strategies, and ensuring the accuracy and structured architecture of our product data. While a foundational understanding of paid media is beneficial, the primary focus of this role is on organic growth, platform management, and operational excellence within our e-commerce frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shopify Platform Management & Optimisation
  • You will manage day-to-day operations across multiple Shopify storefronts, ensuring high performance, stability, and alignment with premium brand positioning. This includes executing website updates such as homepage refreshes, promotional banners, landing page creation, and blog post publishing. You will also assist in monitoring user behaviour and implementing strategic adjustments to improve site navigation, product discoverability, and overall conversion performance. Supporting the configuration and management of Shopify apps and third-party integrations is also required.
  • SEO & Organic Growth
  • You will execute SEO best practices across product pages, category pages, and editorial content to improve organic search rankings, particularly for high-intent keywords within the automotive aftermarket sector. Assisting in the development and deployment of SEO-led content initiatives, including buying guides, technical articles, and review optimisation strategies, is a key component. Furthermore, you will monitor site health, identify crawl errors, and implement technical SEO improvements to ensure optimal search engine visibility.
  • Product Data Architecture & Management
  • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and structured organisation of product data across all digital channels is paramount. You will assist in developing and maintaining logical product taxonomies to enhance site search functionality and user navigation. Supporting the management of GTIN data, TecDoc integrations, and product feed optimisation for various platforms and B2B/B2C channels will also fall under your purview.
  • Campaign Execution & Reporting
  • You will coordinate the digital execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader commercial objectives and brand guidelines. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and other reporting tools is essential. You will prepare regular performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience managing and optimising Shopify stores, demonstrating a strong understanding of the platform's architecture and capabilities. Demonstrated success in executing on-page and technical SEO strategies that drive measurable organic growth is required. You should have experience working with complex product data structures, taxonomies, and feed management tools. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is advantageous for minor site adjustments and content formatting. Strong analytical skills are necessary to interpret data from analytics platforms and translate findings into strategic actions. Prior experience or a strong interest in the automotive aftermarket, B2B e-commerce, or technically complex product categories is highly desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will need to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders as a proactive communicator. Finally, you must be adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities across a diverse portfolio of brands in a fast-paced digital environment.

Work Schedule: 5am or 6am to 2pm or 3pm PH
