Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive customer acquisition, online engagement, and digital conversion across our marketing channels.This role will take ownership of our Meta and Google advertising programs, ensuring campaigns are optimized to maximize return on ad spend, audience targeting, lead generation, and overall performance. The successful candidate will manage custom audiences, analyze campaign data, and continually refine strategies to improve results.Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Overseeing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing initiatives.
- Monitoring Google Analytics and preparing regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Improving SEO performance across TomHarris.com and identifying opportunities to increase organic traffic.
- Supporting our TELUS EPP online sales portal by analyzing customer behavior, identifying conversion barriers, and recommending improvements to boost online sales.
- Tracking website traffic sources, customer journeys, and drop-off points to enhance digital performance.
- Assisting with social media planning, content strategy, and audience growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and digital reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience improving online conversion rates and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in retail, telecommunications, or e-commerce marketing is considered an asset.
