We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads to join our team. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of hands-on experience managing performance-driven campaigns, combined with creative production skills or the ability to collaborate effectively with designers to produce high-quality paid content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta ads

2. Monitor KPIs such as CPA, CTR, and other performance metrics to ensure campaign efficiency

3. Conduct A/B testing to identify growth opportunities and refine targeting, creative, and bidding strategies

4. Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce engaging video and static ad creatives

5. Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance

6. Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, tools, and industry best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in running Meta Ads with a focus on performance marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Hands-on experience in producing or coordinating video and visual ad creatives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail with a structured and precise working style
• Organizational skills and the ability to build and manage multiple projects from 0 to 1
• Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other online advertising platforms
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models
