Job Description: CRM & Social Media Marketing Specialist (Logistics Industry)
We are looking for a
creative and experienced CRM & Social Media Marketing Specialist with
strong knowledge of Zoho CRM,
LinkedIn marketing, and
the U.S. trucking / logistics industry. The ideal candidate will help grow our client's brand presence, generate leads, and support marketing initiatives for a freight brokerage company.
Schedule: 9AM to 5PM EST (Monday to Friday)

freight brokerage company offering
LTL and FTL services across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update Zoho CRM, including leads, contacts, and campaign tracking.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns targeting shippers and logistics partners.
- Create, edit, and optimize social media content (posts, poster ads, short videos).
- Modify and improve existing graphics as needed.
- Execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lead nurturing, outreach).
- Develop creative marketing ideas to increase engagement and lead generation.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Experience in the U.S. trucking / logistics industry (LTL & FTL knowledge required).
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho marketing tools.
- Strong experience in LinkedIn marketing and B2B social media strategies.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to create and edit graphics, poster ads, and short videos (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
