Job Description

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Digital Marketing Officer to oversee our social media presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will manage content creation, community interaction, performance tracking, and campaign execution.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Manage and grow presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and trends; engage with followers and respond in a timely manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, PR, and content teams to support promotional campaigns.
  • Stay current on social media trends, tools, best practices, and competitor activity.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and budgets (optional depending on role scope).
  • Use tools like Meta Business, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or native platforms for scheduling and monitoring.
  • Foster a strong online community and brand loyalty through consistent and authentic engagement.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Nice To Have

  • Experience with influencer marketing or user-generated content campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress
  • Video editing and graphic skills
