Job Description

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator provides essential operational and creative support across vendor programs, internal initiatives, and digital platforms. This is a multi-faceted role requiring a blend of creative design (Canva/Pardot), technical administration (Salesforce/IT Onboarding), and modern AI content generation. You will be a key player in positioning the company as an industry leader while ensuring the internal team has the technological tools they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

Digital Content & Marketing Communications

  • Email Marketing: Design and deploy vendor/dealer communications using Salesforce Pardot. Build custom templates from scratch that align with vendor branding.
  • Graphic Design: Create modern flyers, digital assets, and QR-driven forms using Canva.
  • Analytics: Track engagement metrics (clicks, form completions) and provide actionable reporting to leadership for follow-up.

Platform Management & AI Innovation

  • Web Maintenance: Perform quarterly updates to the company website and create custom landing pages for trade shows and dealer initiatives.
  • AI Content Creation: Use AI tools to generate imagery, market research, and copy for LinkedIn posts, white papers, and consumer surveys.
  • Industry Research: Monitor industry trends using AI-assisted tools to help position the company as a thought leader.

Technology & Salesforce Support

  • Onboarding Logistics: Coordinate tech setup for new hires (laptops/mobile) in partnership with our IT vendor. Track hardware inventory and ensure Microsoft 365/Salesforce access is ready on Day 1.
  • Salesforce Admin: Perform basic administrative tasks including updating dashboards, account details, and minor system customizations (under management supervision).

Operational Support

  • Events: Assist with trade show preparation and the creation of physical/digital marketing materials.
  • Project Management: Support evolving cross-functional initiatives as the business grows.

Requirements

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Pardot (or similar ESP), Salesforce, and Microsoft 365.
  • Creative Flair: Strong eye for design using Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • AI Literacy: Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content production and research.
  • Detail Oriented: High accuracy in data management and hardware tracking.
