What is your mission
- Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to the client's advertisers, publishers and/or users
- Analyze quality and effectiveness of Google Ads accounts strategically, and recommend best practices for other platforms
- Support SMBs through effective business partnering and overall support of our vendor operations
- Collaborate with advertising specialists, sales engineers and product team members on new feature development
- Generate creative ways to improve our client relationships and increase revenue by sharing and implementing best practices
- Tracking of accounts and maintaining conversion
- Create and implement strategies to ensure optimal performance
Who are we looking for
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- Flawless verbal communication skills in American English language
- Ability to control the call
- Address all questions and concerns and steering back to sales
- Business acumen, thinking like the business owner to have a meaningful conversation with the customer
- Effective probing skills by knowing the right questions to ask to understanding what the prospect needs
- Product knowledge on Digital advertising is a plus
- Active and attentive listening
- Ability to engage customers and resolve issues
- Ability to handle objections effectively
- At least 2 years in a sales capacity, preferably B2B
- Account management experience is a plus
- Strong ability to cross-function processes and relationships
- Excellent collaborative approach to leadership and the ability to manage diverse client targets
- Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics (e.g., SPIN)
- Familiarity with online advertising products and services
- Secondary Requirements:
- 3-4 years total BPO experience
- If B2B- minimum of 6 months experience
- If inbound sales- minimum of 1 year and 6 months experience
- If inbound + outbound sales- minimum of 1 year experience ● For College Graduates
- At least 2 years in a sales capacity
- At least 6 months with Agency (Advertising/ Marketing Solutions)
