Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for orchestrating multiple client and internal projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear across all teams. You will report directly to the Director of Project Management and collaborate daily with other team members to streamline operations and improve productivity across the agency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client and internal projects simultaneously using ClickUp
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with team members and clients
- Create, track, and follow up on project tasks to ensure timely completion
- Implement and optimize task automation processes
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks and propose workflow improvements
- Prepare regular project updates and performance summaries for leadership
- Ensure punctual handoffs and task completions with a focus on accuracy
- Uphold team accountability and encourage cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management within a marketing or agency setting
- Proven expertise in ClickUp and Google Suite (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (native or near-native fluency)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- E xcellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Must be available to work during 8am 5pm Central Time (part-time, 20+ hours/week)
- Must pass a background check
