Overview:
The Program Delivery Expert (PDE) / PMO will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of global digital marketing campaigns. This role partners closely with Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, onsite, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, marketing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate complex programs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide Marketing Managers from campaign inception through execution using a consultative approach.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital marketing programs across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Define, document, and maintain campaign requirements within internal marketing resource management (MRM) systems.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and domain experts to ensure timely delivery of campaign milestones and outputs.
- Establish clear communication channels and ensure all teams understand deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
- Create segmentation strategies to support campaign targeting and enable execution by Marketing Operations.
- Oversee the creative development process, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and coordination with Legal, Brand, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure appropriate metrics are defined, tracked, and reported consistently across campaigns.
- Stay updated on trends and advancements in marketing and advertising technologies.
- Support campaign performance tracking and optimization efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in marketing
- Minimum of 4 years in project management for multi-channel digital campaigns
- Experience in direct marketing or database marketing is an advantage
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous programs and priorities
- Strong experience in developing detailed project plans (100+ tasks), preferably using Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with email marketing and performance marketing; social media marketing knowledge is a plus
