Own CRM, Automation, and DSP Campaign Deployment for B2B Healthcare Media

B2B marketing campaigns need clean execution, accurate targeting, and reliable platform management to perform well. As a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist, you will launch and optimize campaigns using CRM, automation, DSP, email marketing, and paid media tools. Shift: Flexible shift, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (mandatory overlap with the client's core CST hours); Weekends Off

Salary: Up to PHP 65,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing operations, campaign operations, demand generation operations, or similar marketing execution roles
  • Hands-on experience deploying campaigns through CRM and marketing automation platforms is required
  • Experience using Salesforce and Pardot or Salesforce Account Engagement is highly preferred
  • Experience with other CRM or automation tools such as HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketingis also acceptable
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns through programmatic DSP platforms is required
  • Experience using StackAdapt is highly preferred; The Trade Desk or Google DV360 experience is also acceptable
  • Strong experience building, launching, and QA-checking email marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or similar channels
  • Strong understanding of B2B campaign execution, ABM strategy, lead generation, audience segmentation, and funnel performance
  • Ability to build and validate campaign elements, including UTMs, audience targeting, exclusions, creative specifications, lead routing, and CRM email logic
  • Strong operational accuracy, campaign QA discipline, and attention to detail before campaign launch
  • Ability to monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and recommend improvements to support ROI and lead quality
  • Good communication skills for coordinating campaign requirements, timelines, assets, and updates with internal stakeholders

Your Daily Tasks

  • Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across StackAdapt (DSP), Google Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns through Salesforce CRM
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maintain effectiveness and optimize results
  • Apply media buying strategies, including negotiating placements and costs to maximize ROI
  • Implement A/B testing across creatives, headlines, and campaign content
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Apply strong understanding of B2B and ABM funnel optimization
  • Build and validate campaign elements including UTMs, audience targeting and exclusions, creative specifications, lead routing, and Salesforce email logic
  • Ensure accurate tracking, clean execution, and proper QA before campaign launch
