Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for social media and digital assets management, content creation, copywriting and digital paid media advertising of Robinsons Malls. Recommends and cascades digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and digital advertising that will attract our target market into our malls.
DIGITAL ASSETS MANAGEMENT
- Maintain social media presence across all Robinsons Malls assets.
- Manage Robinsons Malls digital platforms up-to-date.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners in crafting digital marketing efforts. Measure and report on the performance of all social media marketing campaigns.
CONTENT CREATION/COPYWRITING
- Write and create engaging digital content that will help increase the malls foot traffic and tenant sales.
- Proofread and ensure high quality digital marketing materials in terms of copy and content.
DIGITAL ADVERTISING MANAGEMENT
- Develop and perform media planning and implementation of Robinsons Malls campaigns.
- Finding out the various trends, insights and optimizing the expenditure and performance based on this data
- Measuring and reporting the performance of all the digital media campaigns as well as assessing them in sight of the goals that are to be met.
- Coordinate with internal team and external agency for digital amplifications.
Education: College degree in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or other related course
Years of Experience: At least 2-3 years experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
