Social Media & Content Management:

  • Develop, manage, and execute social media strategy and content calendar for all MVMC accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website).
  • Lead the strategic planning of content, conceptualizing and producing engaging, informative, and empathetic posts, videos, and stories that align with MVMC's brand and services.
  • Oversee all creative executions, including writing compelling copy and creating all visual assets.
  • Respond to inquiries driven by ads and ensure that all inquiries are addressed on a timely manner.

Performance Marketing & Growth:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize all paid digital marketing campaigns (e.g., facebook ads, Google Ads/SEM, SEO and other relevant platform) with a clear focus on growing patient census and hospital revenue.
  • Optimize ads for reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Design and manage lead-generation funnels to attract inquiries for key hospital services, specialist consultations, and medical packages.
  • Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, cost-per-lead, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Graphic Design & Layout:

  • Design creative and engaging graphics for social media posts, ads, stories, and digital banners.
  • Adapt designs for various formats and platforms while maintaining consistency.
  • Submit all marketing materials for required review and approval prior to publication

Strategy & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (department heads, doctors, and the Marketing team) to create targeted campaigns that promote specific services and health packages.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices within the healthcare industry.

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Officer, Social Media Manager, or Performance Marketer, with a strong portfolio to showcase your work.

  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
  • Ads.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, social media analytics dashboards, and KPI reporting.
  • Must be proficient in lay-outing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite
  • Photoshop, Illustrator; or Canva Pro).
  • Experience in healthcare, corporate, or regulated industries is an advantage
