Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Officer based in Taguig. The Digital Marketing Officer will oversee the hotel's online marketing efforts, including developing digital marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, conducting market research, and analyzing marketing performance. The role includes collaboration with the sales and communication teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns, as well as creating innovative strategies to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and managing campaigns across digital platforms
- Strong skills in Market Research and Marketing strategy development
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Experience in Sales to develop promotional campaigns and drive revenue growth
- Creative thinking and ability to analyze digital trends effectively
- High level of organization and ability to work collaboratively within a team on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with hospitality or luxury brand marketing is an advantage
