Digital Communications & Technical Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Communications & Technical Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing infrastructure and execute data-driven campaigns that support brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
This role combines technical expertise with hands-on digital marketing execution, including website management, SEO, marketing automation, and campaign performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management & SEO
- Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress, including updates, content optimization, and troubleshooting
- Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, and technical SEO
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and technical issues; implement improvements
- Drive organic traffic growth and improve search rankings
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
- Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
- Manage customer journeys, audience segmentation, and automation workflows
- Ensure campaign performance, deliverability, and compliance
Digital Marketing & LinkedIn Campaigns
- Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and optimization
- Support paid and organic digital marketing initiatives to drive engagement and lead generation
- Monitor and improve campaign performance
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs such as website traffic, SEO performance, email engagement, and lead generation
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights
- Use data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
Marketing Technology & Systems
- Maintain integrations between marketing platforms (WordPress, CRM, marketing automation tools)
- Troubleshoot technical marketing issues and improve workflows
- Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and data management
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales to improve lead management, routing, and conversion tracking
- Collaborate with creative teams on digital assets and campaign execution
- Support development of landing pages, forms, and tracking mechanisms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, technical marketing, or marketing operations
- Strong experience with WordPress (including basic HTML/CSS)
- Solid SEO knowledge (keyword research, optimization, analytics)
- Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns (paid and/or organic)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
