Digital Marketing Manager

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Manager. The responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, analyzing web traffic data, identifying growth opportunities through lead generation, and optimizing marketing channels for improved performance. The role requires collaboration with internal and external teams to achieve marketing objectives and drive brand growth in an online environment.

Qualifications

• Manage, test, and optimize lead generation funnels, landing pages, and website content
• Oversee social media posting and coordinate with creative/design teams for accuracy
• Manage CRM systems, automations, lead data, and workflows
• Coordinate affiliate and sponsorship programs, including outreach and tracking performance
• Schedule and manage projects, supervise supporting VAs, maintain SOPs, and support CEO operations

Responsibilities:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Digital marketing experience and CRM management experience
• Proficiency with Squarespace or similar platforms and automation tools
• Experience with Beehiiv, Chat GPT, Teachable, Google Drive, Canva, and Descript
• Strong organizational, project management, and team supervision skills
