Digital Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage and lead the digital marketing team to achieve successful results.
  • Improves and approves advertising campaigns to strengthen digital marketing initiatives not limited to monthly social media postings, vlogs, influencer campaigns et al.
  • Identify new online and digital marketing channels that will keep the company updated with the digital marketing trends.
  • Support sales and continuous leads the digital marketing in intentional lead generation initiatives.
  • Build and sustain brand awareness and recall to both current and prospect customers.
  • Conceptualize and communicate marketing plans and promotions with regional marketing managers
  • Approve Content calendar and planning for implementation.
  • Evaluate digital market strategies and suggest improvements when necessary.
  • Research demand for the organization's product and services by understanding the different industries / sects to where are products and services are needed.
  • Sets and approves budget for paid ads, paid software subscriptions, upgrade of tools and equipment needed by the team to perform duties and tasks.
  • Represents digital marketing team in quarterly management review.
  • Evaluates and checks competitor's digital marketing strategies and create a counterplan of action.
  • Understand, analyze and manage analytics of all sites and social media handles owned and operated by the company.
  • Work with a third party developer to develop, improve or revamp company / brand websites and manage its regular updates to ensure that the website stays engaging, on trend and secure.
  • Represent the company in outside marketing events initiated by partners and organizations the company is affiliated with.
  • Create and submit regular reports as required.
  • Takes care of the overall welfare and professional development of all digital marketing team members.
  • Perform all other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
