About the Role

We are looking for an execution-focused and ownership-driven Digital Marketing professional to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT, SaaS, or Compliance, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content, SEO, lead generation, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the marketing strategy across content, design, SEO, email, webinars, events, and performance marketing.
• Coordinate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and aligned execution.
• Oversee the creation of website content, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
• Manage and monitor key marketing channels, including SEO, email marketing, webinars, events, and paid campaigns.
• Continuously optimize campaigns and channels to improve leads, conversions, engagement, and overall marketing performance.
• Track key marketing metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, contribute fresh ideas, and stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Act as a bridge between management strategy and execution, converting high-level plans into clear, actionable tasks.
• Coordinate priorities, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring strong accountability across teams.
• Take complete ownership of marketing output and step in hands-on when required to ensure execution is not delayed.
• Focus on business outcomes and measurable impact, rather than simply tracking marketing activities.
• Review, improve, and guide the quality of work delivered by internal teams and external contributors when applicable.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Candidates with experience in IT, SaaS, or Compliance industries.
• Strong preference for candidates with in-house marketing experience.
• Prior experience working in marketing agencies is not preferred.
• Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong hands-on understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, paid campaigns, webinars, events, and lead generation.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to identify problems and take corrective action.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to review, improve, and guide marketing deliverables.
• Strong ownership mentality with a bias toward execution and results.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
