Job Brief
We are currently seeking a

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing and campaign strategies
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance (ROI, CTR, conversions, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages
- Design, manage, and maintain social media profiles across platforms
- Contribute to and oversee content for the organization's blog
- Analyze market and audience trends to generate actionable insights
- Identify conversion and drop-off points to optimize user funnels
- Drive website growth with a goal of doubling traffic within one year
- Communicate with clients periodically to understand expectations and satisfaction
- Apply industry best practices in all digital marketing activities
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Hands-on experience with online advertising tools (Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and similar platforms)
- Must have working knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools, including:
- AI content generation and optimization tools
- AI-driven ad optimization and audience targeting platforms
- Marketing analytics and automation tools utilizing machine learning
- Ability to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency, accuracy, and marketing performance
