CyberActive, Inc.
CyberActive is hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to grow enrollments across our consumer websites, including GoToTrafficSchool, DriverEdToGo, ABetterDriver, GetDefensive, and our other driver education and traffic school brands. CyberActive has served more than 10 million students through its online courses.
This role owns paid search, SEO, website conversion, email marketing, and performance reporting across multiple brands and states. Social media management is not part of this position.
Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, budgets, bidding, keywords, ad copy, and landing pages to increase profitable enrollments.
- Lead technical and content SEO across our consumer websites, working with developers and writers to implement improvements.
- Improve conversion rates by analyzing the enrollment process and testing page content, design, and offers.
- Build and optimize email campaigns for prospective and existing customers.
- Evaluate affiliate, referral, and other customer acquisition opportunities.
- Maintain accurate tracking in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and advertising platforms.
- Report results by brand and state, including traffic, enrollments, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and return on ad spend.
- Coordinate designers, developers, writers, agencies, and freelancers to get campaigns and website improvements launched.
- Verify that marketing claims and state-specific course approval information are accurate before publication.
Qualifications
- At least five years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including direct responsibility for Google Ads and SEO.
- Demonstrated success increasing consumer conversions while managing acquisition costs.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing multiple websites or geographic markets.
- Ability to identify problems in performance data and carry improvements through to launch.
- Clear communication and strong project management skills.
Experience in online education, affiliate marketing, or state-regulated consumer services is a plus.
