Digital Marketing Manager (The Growth Architect)
Role Description
Camel Appliances is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital commerce evolution. You will be the lead architect of our online growth, responsible for driving traffic, brand desire, and sales across our entire digital ecosystem. This includes marketplaces, social commerce, and our direct-to-consumer (DTC) website. We need a leader who can manage external partners today while building the foundation for a world-class in-house digital department.
Main Job & Responsibilities
- Digital Commerce Strategy: Design and execute a unified roadmap for all current and emerging online sales channels.
- Performance Marketing: Own the full-funnel advertising strategy (Meta, Google, and Platform-specific ads) to drive high-intent traffic and maximize ROAS across all storefronts.
- Channel Expansion: Identify and launch new digital sales opportunities to ensure Camel stays ahead of market shifts and competitor moves.
- Data & Analytics: Use advanced web and platform analytics to optimize the customer journey from discovery to final checkout.
- Strategic Oversight: Lead and hold accountable all external digital partners and agencies, ensuring they meet aggressive growth and brand consistency targets.
Qualifications
- Omnichannel Expertise: Proven track record in scaling brands across multiple digital commerce platforms and official websites.
- Technical Leadership: Mastery of Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and performance marketing tools.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to bridge the gap between high-level brand storytelling and hard conversion data.
Requirements
- Experience: 58 years in Digital Marketing (with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role).
- Field: Prior experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or high-volume Retail is preferred.
- Location: This is a daily on-site role based at the Camel Head Office in the City of Manila.
