Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Lead located in Pasig. The Digital Marketing Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities will include strategizing and managing online advertising, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content creation, performance analytics, and team collaboration. The role also requires staying current with digital marketing trends to ensure innovative and effective strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies focused on ROI and lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.
• Oversee campaign budgets, bid strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze campaign data (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and create performance reports.
• Collaborate with management and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising opportunities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior marketers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experiencein PPC campaign management.
• Advanced skills inGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated success in improving ROI and scaling campaigns with measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Leadership experience or team management background preferred.
• Must be willing to workonsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Schedule:1 PM 10 PM (PH Time) Monday to Friday.

• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
